It is a short introduction to the complexity of the Fototeca of the University of Bologna, connected with the historical Istituto di Storia dell’Arte. Its visual and documentary funds are recalled. Some methodology hints are given, based on my personal experience during the reorder of all materials in wiew of moving the Fototeca from its former to its new location. A treatment of the archive that respects the constitutive path, trying to trace the specificity of the single nucleuses and their inevitabile relationships, in order to share and spread the contents that these photograps can offer.Downloads
