Supino's legacy is an important history chapter of the collections of the Library named after him. The legacy includes over 300 ancient volumes, photographs, brochures, extracts; these materials demonstrates both his vast historical culture and the breadth of his relations with scholars and his interests. At the same time Supino increased the documentary and bibliographic collections of the Institute of Art History, thus making it a pole of attraction for other donations and collections. The work of cataloging and ordering of Supino’s photographic archive is not yet finished, but aware of the new attention to this precious heritage, we hope that the valorisation project can continue successfully.
